This has just been posted on Face Book by our President Zane.

Last week JD and I met with the Woolston Club's new manager and president. They are working to bring in more business and keep the club running. As part of this, the below changes will be affecting CWC.
Firstly, from this Thursday onwards, CWC will be meeting in the Sports Bar on both Thursdays and Sundays. Housie will be using Top West on Thursdays. If the Sports Bar is in use for a function, we will be using Kellaway Bar in the first instance and Top West after that.
This saves us traveling for food and drinks, and gives the section a nicer room, especially with air conditioning. Secure space in the Sports Bar storage area is being built for us to use, and we will be transferring the contents of the main terrain cupboard downstairs over the next few weeks. The dungeon cupboard is still ours to use upstairs.
We plan to move some mats and backup terrain into the dungeon, just on the off chance that we cannot get to the downstairs terrain. I am not expecting this to be an issue though.
Secondly, on Thursday nights over roughly April to October, we will be sharing the Sports Bar with the Indoor Bowls section. They will be using the wooden floor area of the Sports Bar, and we will have the carpeted areas. We also have Kellaway as an overflow space if needed.
Indoor Bowls runs from 6.45pm to 9pm. I expect CWC will already be set up by the time they arrive, so be warned that if you have strayed onto a wooden area you will need to move your table. We have met with members of the section and they seem nice.
Any questions on this feel free to ask.
