Some stupid questions (because that's what I do)
-Can both players buy fortifications or is it only 1 per team?
-If there is only 1 warlord per team does that mean that the other person can select a single HQ choice which cannot be a warlord ie. Wraithseer, IG techmarine/priest. (normally as you have to have a warlord these options cannot be taken as your sole HQ choice)
-If our allies are battle brothers can our IC's join their squads (only saying this because you mentioned you were considering not allowing this)
-If both players chose from the same codex does this make them battle brothers?
-If both players chose from the same codex do they benefit from army specific bonuses from their partners army ie. IG orders, tau markerlights
-Similar to the last question. If you both chose from the same codex and one player chooses a special character who modifies the FOC does that effect both players or just the one who bought it? ie. belial, corteaz etc
-Are reserve numbers calculated per player or per team ie. can one player start with everything on the board and his partner start with everything in reserve?

I'm sure I will think of more for you later

First up the only stupid question is one that is not asked.

Fortifications: As this is a single force org chart then the standard rules applies which is a single fortification.

Warlord: Create your army list by all your rules from your codex as if your HQ was going to be the Warlord but you were just out ranked.

Battle Brothers: As per the rule book.

Same Codex: Yes they will be treated as Battle Brothers.

Army Specific Rules: As per Battle Brothers (Tau Markerlights can only be used by Tau models as per their Codex)

Special Characters: The only change will be to the player who has this character within their army list and not their team mate.

Reserves: You are treated as a single combined force as your team mate is your ally (if you were playing a game of 1750 with an ally detachment the rules are the same).

Does the restriction on fliers also apply to flying monsterous creatures?

A question regarding the latest codex-inquisition. Can i include this in my list as the codex is supposed to be outside the normal force organisation chart?

I would like to say yes but this can be very confusing when you have adjustments and addons to Force Organization Chart. So the answer will be no as it does not full under the current FOC for this tournament but it would not stop you using it for your team mate as this would be ok.

I hope this helps and keep the questions coming.

So you are allowing void shield generators and Promethium pipes? both of which do not have official models?

Updated fortifications again as I made a mistake and wanting to keep in lines with the Nationals players pack.

Just to be clear, is it a single force org shared between the two lists? So one list could have 1 Elite, the other could have 2 Elite choices. But they both could not have two Elite choices, for a total of 4?
