For the Lucius the tricksters mission where models under the large blast take a characteristic test, i'm assuming if you have a squad embarked in a transport that is covered by the blast you are immune to the test? As in every other instance you must go through the vehicle to get to the stuff on the inside.

#Rules I am enforcing#
Objectives are impassable terrain/ objects
Allies of convenience Troops can hold objectives even though it says Treated as enemy units
Desperate allies are as stated non scoring and non denial units
Fortifications can be up to but not inside other terrain, no defense lines in ruins etc.

When I get asked more of these i will post them on the first post

hmm, I thought GW FAQed the desperate allies to now be able to score?
Will have to find the latest FAQ and check it now to be sure.

Edit: Nope, not there, I must have been confusing the errata regarding allies of convenience. Strange I could have sworn it was added into one of the FAQ's?

Because, if there's one thing allies need, it's additional help from the rules. You know to keep 40K balanced.

It works out as more of a clarification than anything else. Allies of Convenience are scoring according to the FAQ, but those of us with older rulebooks got caught out by that. Desperate Allies are outright stated as being hopeless, and that's remaining as it is.
