Natcon 2014 Napoleonics Competition

Rules
• Field of Glory Napoleonics, with any official amendments and errata released before the convention.

Scale
• 15mm

Table size
• 6' x 4'

Armies
• 800 points, selected from the two army list books, with any official amendments and errata released before the convention. The lists in the rule book will not be used.
• Army lists to be sent directly to the competition organiser (pabela@xtra.co.nz) . I will send you a copy of my list after yours has been confirmed. An army list pack will be distributed to all players after the first round of games.
• Army lists are due by 6 April 2014. Army lists must be submitted in Army Builder format (Excel file can be downloaded from http://www.fieldofglory.com/fog_nap )
• All figures must be accurate representations of the troops they depict.

Games
• Two games per day, six games in total.
• Each game is four hours.
• The competition will be in Swiss Chess format. The first round draw will match armies with opponents of the closest date.
• In the event of there being an uneven number of players, a bye worth 25 points will be awarded to the lowest scoring player who has not already had a bye. If necessary a first round bye will be determined by random draw.

Terrain
• Please provide your own base cloths and terrain.

Umpire
• Umpiring of games will be done by a panel of three senior players.
• The draw and scorekeeping will be done by the competition organiser:

Well done to all, but I cant help notice that the Napoleonic comp had NO French armies?

Are they that bad under FoG?

Yeah we had a bit of a chuckle playing Napoleonics with no French armies. There have always been a good selection of French lists at other FOGN tournaments, just that everyone picked something different this time.

Most of the armies listed were French allies at some stage so they were there in spirit.
