The question was asked Hamilton re hours available at the Hamilton NatCon when the bid was placed, there was no mention of two days of doors closed at 2.30pm !!!
That's about two & half hours of gaming with set-up & pack-up each session for FoG, DBMM, DBR etc where four hour games are the norm.
Think again those that follow the out-dated tradition of 'Two in the North Island one in the South Island'.

2:30 closures is kinda crazy - can't you find a venue with a bit more leeway? I have a group from the South Island keen to come up but we want to be playing, not sitting about with our thumbs up our *** for half of each day of the weekend.

Must be a typo as the information I have via email has Friday and Saturday finishes at 6:30pm with Sunday ending at 2:30pm.

Well I hope that you are right Lintman, although the post to this Forum looks correct with Sat & Sun bracketed.
Must admit that I have not surfed around other Hamilton posts, maybe time to check their website.

I've fixed the 2.30pm issue for the Saturday, it is 6.30pm.

The umpires of the three (maybe 4) genre are considering what advice they will give us on this matter.
The decision will be made at the Exec meeting on the last Monday of this month.

Regards,
Rob

The Early Bird payment period is now just over half way through, three weeks time before the entry goes from $60 to $80.

Visit the Club Wiki Website to see all of the player packs, front pages for common info, and the registration form.

The Early Bird price closes in 6 days time, on 29 Feb.

We have secured another half gym in the same building as where we held NICon last year.
So there are no problems with space anymore.

Regards,
Rob
