The biggest change is that all of the Spearhead rules are now incorporated into the one book, so there's no need to own the original WW2 version in order to be able to play WW1. Lots of new scenarios, and a few tweaks to the rules as a consequence of quite a few years of play experience.

Thoroughly recommended if you want to play WW1 at the divisional/corp level.

Its very tempting to get in ww1 gaming, but I fear it would just end up being on the half done pile given the forces needed for a game.

I went into PlayConcepts on Colombo street (Out of curiosity really) and walked out with some French Infantry as a painting experiment.

Is that 20mm???

If so, plenty on offer at tat scale.. but also plenty at 6mm as well.... 8)
