Inspired by the war stories of his grandfather, Robert Dunlop, a New Zealander living in Britain, has collected thousands of miniature soldiers to recreate the Battle of the Marne 100 years after the first major turning point of the First World War.

Robert, Shawn and I ran the 2008 NatCon 'Guns of August' which recreated about a third of the battle. Of you remember that one, then you get an idea of the scale.

The new edition of the rules Great War Spearhead II is a full stand alone set. Scenario books are in preparation.
There is a review of the rules set here

Not the rules set for you if you fancy skirmish level gaming, the rules are aimed at div and corp level actions.
