I'm catching up on some updates to my web site 'The Great Adventure'. You can now find a translation of several passages from the German 60th Field Artillery Regiment Official History on 'The Great Adventure.

The translation, courtesy of Robert Dunlop, details some action during the Battle of the Marne 1914.

Go to

www.wargaming.org.nz

and navigate to Special Features, The Age of Artillery.

There's also an interesting translation of several passages from an infantry regiment official history .. a nice wee case study in minor infantry tactics of the time.

Kind regards
Robin
