I'd have to chat with Tim to see if he's ok with it but I would be ok with some 40k models representing gangs if you don't have models.

e.g.

Orks - Goliath
Eldar - Escher
Imperial Guard - Orlock
Chaos Cultists - Cawdor
Tau - Van Saar

Some models just won't fit such as Marines but we should be able to accommodate most models.

Would this be using the original rules (box set + outlanders) or the later ones?

I would assume the latest rules whatever they are.

I'm just using my cultists as an actual Chaos Cult (there is a list for them).

I'll be super keen on this, my Escher gang has remained completely unused since I finished painting it years ago.

Also, I have a small scavvie gang currently unpainted if anyone wants to play with the pathetic dregs.

Ok, enough talk. We have begun. Necromunda Campaign Thread HERE mofos! If we can get at least four people playing at CWC on the 21st I think that would be a good start and will drum up a bit of interest.

Hey Guys,
I'm new to Christchurch and would be keen to know if you got your Necromunda league going, how it went, and if anyone is still playing?
Before I left the UK I picked up a bunch of Forge World Death Korps of Krieg minis that I was going to turn in to a Delaque gang. Have never played Necro before but am keen on small scale miniature games after playing a few seasons of Blood bowl.

I have also looked in to Infinity which looks like a superb rules set.

Hi Andrew, Nathan here from the e-mail.

As you can see from the dates above things have quitened down a bit but you've found the right thread at least as the people above were the ones playing.

Nick (Manus Celer Dei) is our in-house Necromunda guru so the man to ask about all things Necromunda.

We did get a few games going though I believe it peetered out a bit just before I moved up North, not sure if it's still going or not. Alternatively have you ever thought about playing Mordheim? :D If so talk to Starvagabond as he tends to run a campaign at the Sunday club.

Thanks Nate,
I think my best bet is to bowl on down on Thursday and and have a chat with some of the folk you mentioned. Week day evenings work well for me too, so will be happy to get a game of something in every week or two.
When I find the time I will drop in at comic compulsions too and see what the word is on the Infinity scene in the area.

Thanks again for your help!
