After playing a couple of games with Nick I'm finding I really enjoy Necromunda even though I'm still yet to win a game. I know there's been a lot of talk about getting a campaign going but very little action so I thought I would get the ball rolling. I think the best way to start would be to run some Necromunda games about once a month in the same way Alex does for Mordheim. To give people enough time to get their gangs together I'm thinking we should start the first game in about three weeks time. The starting details are below:

- Campaign starts on September 21st at the CWC Woolston Club. If you'd like to play games at Cavs instead/as well this is of course fine and games can begin there from the 18th September.
- You have 750 Guilder Credits to start your gang.
- All other normal gang restrictions apply.
- All gangs listed in the Yak Tribe Vault as ORB (Original Rulebook) or LRB (Living Rulebook) can be used.
- We will be using the Living Rulebook downloadable here.

I've found Yak Tribe a fantastic site for resources so have a look around and if there's anything you're interested in using or have any questions about please let me know. Post here also with any questions you might have about the campaign and we will update this post as we go.

Cool.
Just out of curiosity - do the two clubs have much in the way of Necromunda terrain? Or does Necromunda just use 40k terrain?

Mainly just 40k terrain. It would be great if there were gantries to be used but we can happily make do with what each club has.

If your guys average more than 100 credits just maybe you're equipping them with too many toys

Yeah I did some quick maths with a Ratskin gang which are one of the more expensive and I can fit in 8 guys.

So if I want to do an eldar gang I just pick a gang from the list in "eldar in the underhive"

The 750 was specifically discussed to make it a hard choice for people wanting two heavy weapons which can be very dominant given the current scenery range at CWC and Cavs. I think it's worked perfectly here, you can keep the two heavy stubbers and go very light on the ground or you can drop one and pick up a couple of extra gang members.

Sorry Alex that list is an NCE list which is one of the unofficial ones made by the Yak Tribe community. At the moment I wanted to just start with the official ones from the Living Rulebook (LRB) or Original Rulebook (ORB) before we start introducing too much more.

I would suggest using Escher or maybe Spryer.

What do you like doing? Shooting? Beating people to a pulp? Being a sneaky git? Being a religious fanatic? Being a dodgy, ducky, divy swordsman?

Or anything else?
