I'll be running it this year.

4 games at 1000pts.

All armies must be painted a minimum of 3 colours

You will need to supply all your own stuff eg. Dice, tape measure rulebooks faq etc

One force organisation chart.

Special characters will be allowed

Forge World will be allowed at my discretion.

Update: I would like lists to me by 22nd of July.

NOTE: Codex Daemonhunters and Codex Witchhuters are now avaliable at Games-workshop.com. GW have claimed that the PDF doesn't change the status of the actual codex and the rules used are that as written in the codex.

For balancing purposes nercon phase out number will be changed to 10%

Email the lists to me at ultra_papa_smurf@hotmail.com

Look forward to seeing you guys there.

GW messed up with the PDF's. The printed hard copy codexs are still offical and not replaced by PDF. Therefore I'll revert to normal plan of printed codexs for 40k at Tempest.

The current rulings are, you use what is stated in your codex.

So in your case you are unable to purchase camo cloaks.

Update in first post. I would like lists to me by the 22nd of July. I am needing them as an indication of numbers as that night we are dividing up table space.

Based upon the wording of the current codexs it is assumed that the psychic powers are chosen at the point of list creation. Therefore you choose your powers when you submit your list and they cannot be changed.
