Cheers for volunteering to run it. For once I'm not working so I'll be a starter for sure.

Only issue is not having a rulebook as I'm waiting until the starter set comes out to get the mini version and I doubt I'm alone on this. Will having your own copy of 8th be a mandatory requirement to play or will it be permitted to play relying on there being at least a few copies around the room (and picking your brains of course :) or not?

Hi

I would prefer if people had the 8th edition rulebook. But it will not be mandatory. As long as people who are entering without one, have a decent grasp of the rules before entering. I do not wish to be bombarded by questions that are obviously in the rulebook.

I believe it will be $10 for cavalier members and $15 for others.

I will confirm the rest on Thursday as Kerry and I drum out the details.

There is no day you have to be signed up by now. Just turn up on the day and play some games. :D

So no list checking? With new rules I'd imagine there'll be some wildly bent lists turning up. How are you going to sort out the draw?

I will appreciate if people want to send me lists beforehand,by just pm'ing them to me.
If people turn up with really bent lists.... well i will throw the new rules at them and everyone knows that will do some serious damage. Come on people its a frendly chance to try the new rules. Next someone will ask me if theres gona be comp!!!!!!
The draw will be random at the start of the day.. which doesnt take much time at all.

I'll definitely be there with 1800pts of Greenskin goodness. Let's see who's up for a grudge match? (loser shouts a pint or a pie :D )
