Vice President/secretary: Alan
Membership/treasurer: Daryl
Junior: Philip
Extra: Mike (absent) Apology accepted

Quorum was considered to be met this time.

Previous minutes not accepted because they don't exist.

Al - motion that current committee roll over provided noone elses wishes to stand. (Noone did) Seconded by Ray. Passed 100%. Enacted immediately.

Presidents report:
A thanks to
Jason - for work on 40k
Rhys - for club's posters
Daryl - for work in tournaments

This year we purchased more tables and pipe for the racking and reorganised new terrain cupboard.

Posters have been put up in both toyworlds, acorn models, Train man model shop

Organisation of tournaments
- We would like to see more help in umpiring our various tournaments from general membership not just the committee. We like enouraging tournaments of any kind and would like to see things put into action
- Umpires need to be proactive in working out numbers for their competitions as well as actual running of the tournament. (It is necessary for working out money for prizes etc)
- Its also important that players pay attention to entry dates in order to help organisers and make sure competitions run
Especially at Natcon Christchurch 2014.

Warclouds
- As mentioned there were problems with prompt entry in smaller comps Flames, Ancients, Dystopian
- Overall event went well
- Did not need anything from Cavs (if Ancients had gone ahead we may have needed tables)
- Sports bar booked for 2014

Terrain
- Gets damaged. Needs our respect.

Rubbish
- Needs to be cleared away by everyone!

Membership
- 45 Members. Suggested to ring some of the no shows?

Treasurer
- Positive flow of money. Spent in order to show no profit to avoid paying GST
- Balance is significant but we have kept actual total out of minutes. Can be discussed in person or at meetings only.

Brian Sowman has asked that someone be found to look after actual club website.
- Chris used to do it and now Graysen doesn't specifically.
- Also issue with sending things directly as he doesn't know who is or isn't a member
-- Al has taken steps to resolve this by sending Graysen the information for the website and asking that members send him, as president, requests which he will forward to Graysen. For now the issue is considered resolved.

A member suggested - Put club posters in public libraries. It was agreed by the committee that this was a worthwhile idea

Oh and Darren has lost the Simon Hetherington memorial trophy. "It could be somewhere"-Darren
