The purpose of this forum section is two-fold:
Firstly, it will serve as an online repository of the minutes of the club committee meetings. It should be borne in mind that certain parts of the meeting's minutes may not be published online (at the discretion of the committee) if they are of a private or sensitive nature (this is a public forum, after all...)
Secondly, it will serve as a kind of notice board for the committee to inform the general membership of important events or information (for example, an upcoming AGM).
Any discussion will need to take place in the general thread, as this thread cannot be posted in by non-committee members. Cluttering up the thread with discussion would just make things harder to find.
