Dino has emerged from the depths of the CWC's storage cabinets and has put forth a Challenge to the remnants of TGIF to rescue him from the clutches of the warmongers of the Woolston CWC who have left him cold, hungry and very lonely these past millennia.

So July 28th 2019 Dino goes up on the Challenge Table at the Woolston and will be fought over using 25/28mm 300 point ADLG armies.

This is a One Day Event between TGIF Remnants & Woolston CWC Members
Scoring system to be advised
Two Rounds starting 10am sharp & 1.30 pm.

All interested please post your name here & include any allegiance to TGIF.

The Organiser will supply Dice ( which have to be returned )

Interested, though 300 point armies? Do you mean 300 or 200?

300 is what was suggested as it is similar in size to the original challenge games rule sets

I am in. I mentioned it to Kerry. I also believe Gordon is a starter. So that's 3 playing for TGIF.

Two of those large Woolston Club tables joined together.
Andre may be able to post the dimensions.

At a secret training camp at an undisclosed location now. The tables are the correct size at 240 by 150.
It would be good if a couple more people could bring cloths if they have them, I'm not sure the club ones are any good.

Brian sent me a wonderfully detailed scoring system for determining the winning team on the night. In the true spirit of TGIF I must reply.."whatever, who gives a f..k".

How does your command rating work with 4 commanders, you just keep your rating of +4 or +3 or whatever I assume? So more ordinary commanders will be taken I guess.

Command stays the same. But you need better commanders due to having more units and larger distances. Armies with high command do better I think

TGIF has enlisted the services of a mystery general. He goes by the pseudonym of "Stug".

So 4 players on each team. So let the (bloody huge wooden) die be cast next Sunday, and may wargaming be the winner on the day.
