Is anyone planning on playing much bloodbowl? I am deciding how many box sets to buy (1 or 2).

Anyone else looking forward to the new set?

What's the starter set, orcs and humans?

I'm interested in at least getting a team to paint, but I'd be looking at skaven. I'm going to give it a go if I'm getting a team anyways.

http://www.bloodbowl.com has most of the info, looks like rats might be the first team out after release.

there was a group playing fairly regularly at the Shirely club, (back in the day), not sure what they do to organise among themselves.

That group has collapsed, not seen it played at the new Cavs venue.
Contact Paul Deacon,he plays DBA at the Cavs and is now a member of Woolston, I think.

Have to look at any rules changes that may annoy me, but I have a Chaos team somewhere in a box :)

Game is similar but not the same, download the new clunky official app if you want to see the changes in player costs (orc and human) and the new random event cards.

Looks like changes to claw, removal of pile on, cheaper big guys and a few other things I noticed and didn't remember...

If you want to play on the cheap I suggest converting a team from whatever fantasy stuff you have, buying a death zone season1 and using someone else's pitch (like mine)..

Give me a shout when someone wants to play the gratest game on earth :)

After seeing the price tag I have to say that I lost all interest.
Turning an awesome free game with a great community into a $200+ box is just (the usual GW) **** move :?
