Ok Planetstrike will run as mentioned above with 2000 point armies. Those that wish to come please have both an attacker and defender list with models enough to play both. It'd be great if we could play as Attacker for one game and Defender for the other. Remember the force org is different so this is a chance to break out the toys.

There will be a good prize for best terrain and the rest of the prizes will be smaller ones we'll hand out throughout the day for heroic antics.

Have not heard anything from Paul so I'd have to assume Streetbowl is off.

Have asked AJ to update the original post with details.

If there are enough Coasters we'll organise an East vs. West comp for the first round with the Coasters as the attackers and the Cantabs as the defenders.

Sounds cool. Perhaps you should make it 2 Cantabs defending against 1 Coaster. Just to keep things fair :D

Yeah we'll be sure to do that knowing the kind of armies you guys like to play.

Since we need to have 2000pt armies do I have drag a possible 4000pts of gribblies to the working mans club for a day of gaming?

I'm just taking 2000pts, keeps things simple (imperative for us Typical Coasters)

HeHe, We won't need cheesy lists or skill. A blind kid with 2000pts of Care Bears could deal with you blokes

You don't want to know what I did to the last Care Bear I played. He's still in therapy...though he now thinks he's a she.

If you really want to you can mate. I'm just gonna bring a basic core with an extra heavy support or two for defence and an extra fast attack or HQ for attack.
