No worries, will get that from him and/or get him to email it to you. Should be no problems, I've checked/beaten it recently........

I'd like to public congratulate Sam Jackson on his new daughter, Alice, who arrived this morning. She's 6 weeks ahead of schedule and that means that Sam and his wife will be spending a lot of time with her over the next few weeks. This of course means that he won't be coming to CavCon.

I'm going to re-jig the teams, and may, MAY, enter as part of one of the teams. If i do, i will not be eligible to win any sort of prize, will not take part in my team's choosing of who to attack, nor will i run the Zone Mortalis mission. Like all of you, i'll just be there for a good time.

I know a few guys who might be able to jump in, I'll ask around.

Still trying to get a hold of Josh but if you have a friend that plays an imperial/"good" army, now is the time to say so because keen as i am to play, i think it'll be way to busy to play and run this event.

@ Glenn

Do you think Dougal may want this spot? He's coming anyway and his Wolves would fit in nicely.

Wish i'd heard that earlier, as i've filled the spot w/ a Necron player (Josh's brother Daniel, as suggested above) and while i do like Daniel, SW would have been a better fit. Ah well, maybe next time.

That's it, as of today, i FINALLY have all the lists for CavCon. Given that it took until 1.5 weeks AFTER the deadline, i think i'll be putting some incentives into the scoring system for Conquest to ... encourage people to get their lists in early.

anyway, THANK YOU ALL, and i'll get all the lists checked and sorted (while still building zone mortalis terrain and solving world hunger) in the next 24 hrs or so. once checked and sorted, i'll post a master file that you can all look at to see who's bringing what.

I'm stoked for this weeked (almost as stoked as my wife who's just keen to get all this **** out of the lounge) and hope you guys are too.

Looking forward to this weekend immensely! And may I say, Operation Nutshot will sweep all opponents aside like the scum they are! (Yes, I'm trying to goad you all into attacking us, and time will tell whether that was a good idea....)

CavCon is tomorrow! it's finally here!

So, have a look at the times on the front page. Make sure you're there, and registered by 8:45 ($25) so we can start briefing. since you're part of a team, don't be an ass, and mess it up for others. be there on time.

bring a copy of your lists, since with everything going on, i don't have a copy of everyone's to show off. i intended to, but things have gotten beyond that, i'm afraid.

thanks already to everyone who's helped get things this far: Josh (for all the Zone Mortalis help), Jason (for organising things at Woolston, for all the bits and terrain), Daniel (for filling in for Sam), James (for terrain), Zane, Liam, and Thom (for setting up later today), and to Kerry (for letting me spend tons of money on zone mortalis terrain) and Comics Compulsion for their generous prize support.

see you all in 24 hrs.
