My explanation was a little brief. I tend to use the original rule book when playing. Having the combination of army lists in the rule book means the binding is reasonably thick. The advantage, apart from it being in print, is that I don't forget the army list books.

Mark, DBR 2.0 is available now as a hardback. This may improve the binding and perhaps allow it to sit flat, though I have not seen the hardback.
