Would the CWC Committee please make available the current Constitution of the CWC to CWC Members next Club Day, Sunday 25th March.
The proposed merger with Cavs is serious business requiring all available information at hand.
I would like to see the opinion of the Woolston Club's Management on the proposed merger and the extra storage space that will be required should the merger go ahead, made available in writing to the AGM.
I strongly advise all CWC Members to attend the AGM on the 15th of April, details of which are to come very soon we are told.

Woolston Club's opinion doesn't matter with regard to merger itself as all that will be happening is we will be getting new members to our club, which could happen now. Good for business from their perspective.

Storage of scenery is a potential issue.

One other thing I would say, if people do have substantive concerns, then please bring them up in a public forum like this before the CWC AGM so they can be discussed, and potential solutions or barriers examined. Don't just save them for the meeting forcing them to be evaluated in the spur of the moment. Doing that is inconsiderate to others and won't be looked on favourably. You still have three weeks to discuss this proposal in detail.
