I won't be doing the 30+ thing either.

Will be using Palmyran, at a 14% success rate (plus a mutual destruction) it is due for some serious wins. But if it continues its current path it will prove Richard's assessment of the army.."its crap".
My assessment so far..."its crap, but fun"

To join, simply make your Garagecon army with a minimum of 30 units.

Can anyone lend me an ancient Spanish army. First pass is 30 units but I'm sure I can get more. With no mediocre.

I am certain Tilman would have one, he is back next month.

I am back.
I do have ancient spanish, but had them as allies only for some ancient rulesset not to be mentioned here, so not sure if I have enough elements for what you want. Just send me your requested ammounts off list and I can see what I have or can reasonably morph.

I am in. Not sure with what yet. 30 plus feels insane. We need game time long enough to score a result against such monsters. I am all for list checking and recording results and Ricardo doing it ;-)

I will be using Andalusian, so I won't need to borrow anything thanks Tilman.
Ordinary Andalusians not 36 unit wall of crap and light foot Andalusians.

With less than 3 weeks till Garagecon my Palmyrans are raring to go. They feel the warmer climes of Nelson are so much better for them than the frigid wastes of Canterbury.

So we have packed our sunglasses, beach balls, deck chairs, sunscreen and shorts onto the pack animals in anticipation.

We have also given our camels ample quantities of the pure, natural, chlorinated water our betters supply freely. We are sure the local Nelson water will effect their stomachs in terrible ways, making them less able to spit, belch, and fart to intimidate our enemy's horses.

Could you also please be sure to pack the two sets of 25mm ADLG widgets that Mark Ottley promised to give you to bring for me (and Bryan Fowler)?

all set?

I have wasted most of a $ 70 toner cartridge in printing umpteen army lists to choose from for Garagecon. Does anybody have a set of armylists that do not have totally insane white on black printing everywhere, or can help me how to unprotect the normal sheet to change the layout?

I am aiming at lowering my stockpile of armies. So if any of you is craving for something, 15 mm, let me know and we can have a look while you are here.

Tilman,

Can I suggest you go low tech. Write out the various army list using pen and paper, only print out the army the will actually use.

Do you have any longbows and dismounted knights for sale?

low tech = useless, I cant read my own handwriting after a week or so.... and I love the autocalc.

I have Longbows for sale in deed, some dismounted knights too. Painted old school. I will have them to have a look how many do you need?

I will also put some of my Osprey books for sale if anybody wants any. I have about half a meter from early to Napoleonics.
